The original EOS 5D (Mk I) is often referred to as the 5D “Classic” or 5Dc . “Classic” is often used for the Mk I version of any camera or lens.

Hmm, should I change my nick to MakisMc or MakisMClassic?

Here are the updates through post #109. We've gotten a few more xxxxD's represented, and the first T6i/750D's and T6s/760D's.

I moved the EOS-M family into a separate "APS-C Mirrorless" section on the right, just to manage the length of the left column for image size purposes.

I was going to make a snarky comment about using real names only (regarding the "5dc" issue), but I've already violated that by listing the EOS M parenthetically as the M1.

OK, 18 it is, I suppose. Not one of them was bought new. Do I count? I'd like to think my purchases helped someone else upgrade to newer gear.

Also have an A1 and a G2 - the G2 is still in regular use by my FIL - none canon cameras I'll not mention because they were all pretty crap (The Minolta SLR was ok I guess)

Just sold my broken 1D2, & picked up a M6 to replace it.

Had an early EOS SLR (35mm) bought at Dixon's Oxford Street, London, UK (circa late 80's) Long Gone ~~ Miranda Sensorex was a dog, again long gone..
