Sharp as a needle and seldom seen, by me. She seemed to be holding the Lantana blossom open with her front leg, prior to feeding. Super nice to see these butterflies in my yard, in January. It is mariposas monarcas season down in Mexico and while i haven't seen the numbers for this year I have a feeling it will be about the same as last year...which is good.
