Thanks. Yes, we are safe - we're in the middle of the metro area with no bushland around us. 10-20km away though was a different story last night - that brought things much closer to home than many living comfortably in Sydney thought possible.

That's good news, but 10-20km is not that far away. Good luck to you & all you your friends and family. PhilM

Until there is a native 70-200 f/4, look at the F-mount AF-P 70-300 FX lens to use on the FTZ, which is reasonably priced, sharp out to 300mm, focuses very fast/silent, fairly lightweight and pairs up great with the 24-70 f/4 S. Sony A1, Viltrox 16mm f/1.8 FE, Sony 35mm f/1.4 GM, 24-70mm f2.8 GM II, 70-200mm F/2.8 GM OSS II, 200-600mm f/5.6-6.3 G OSS, 1.4X TC, Flashpoint flashes

smythie I wasn't even trying More info | Feb 05, 2020 04:55 | #100 That doesn't sound anything like my experience with this lens and body. Mine isn't perfect by any measure but it is a really, really good fit for the gear I have (need top notch F mount glass for other purposes, so a compatible body for general photography is desirable) and the shooting I get time to do these days.

Feb 20, 2020 22:27 | #101 I set out today to see if I could get any tracking testing done (during lunch), and I spotted the same American Kestrel, on the same tree as I saw the other day. Today, I had decent light. I'd say the Z6 tracking performed better than the operator in this instance. The sequence stopped because I turned into the door jam. Lol! PhilM

I believe those may have been the result of wind blowing (me or) the tree around. Lol. PhilM

Whoernig Member More info | Mar 01, 2020 02:16 | #103 First trip with the new Z6. The camera makes me happy, also the nice 35mm lens ist awesome. The 24/70 is also a powerful optic and is a good walk-around-lens. Image hosted by forum (1030022) © Whoernig [SHARE LINK] THIS IS A LOW QUALITY PREVIEW. Please log in to see the good quality stuff. Mar 02, 2020 02:22 | #104 During our visit in the Philippines, we went to an underground river tour in Sabang, Palawan. We were paddled around in a huge cave by one guide wearing a headlamp. Once inside the cave the only light available were the headlamps from our guide and other guides on their own boats. IMAGE LINK: https://flic.kr/p/2izBuBi Jesus is watching!! Can you see it?
