Your house looks tidy to me ;-)a
And now is a great time to learn something that will bring you joy ..
.... .. . and something to wear :p

That is a nice looking machine. Mine is a Singer from around 1938 :-P
It works, not fancy, but it works!

I try to keep it tidy, it's just tired and needs some love (not a priority of the landlord), but you can't beat the view!

I think it's great that you have and use a 1938 Singer. Mine is a low cost Brother that seems to be working for me and I'm sure it will take me a while to out grow.
My first projects are grocery bags/tote bags (pictures above) and I'm working on a collection of my sons old t shirts to create a t shirt quilt.

Yesterday was the first time in awhile that I felt like taking the camera out. I came
across these to folks socially isolating themselves.

Many people are chronically isolated.

Thank you, joayne. So many people live outdoors within walking distance here that I've accumulated several "homelessness shots." I try to balance recording the drama of it with being respectful.

Sheltering in place–I take a walk almost every day it doesn't rain because that's all I can do to get stimulation that contrasts with staying home alone. Husband is now in skilled nursing. I can't visit him.

I especially like the second photo, OhLook. Very powerful without being exploitative. Well done!

My work place the last few days, a forest stand improvement project. Each work day is a six mile drive from home, (already isolated) then 1/2 mile to first gate in UTV, another 1/4 mile to last gate, another 1/4 mile ride then 1/4 mile walk with backpack full of tools, chemical and chain saw. A lot of birds and deer for company, lunch time is rather quiet.

The trail this past week at the state park. It was a beautiful day, though.

No live classes for 2 months for me, so I had to figure out a video rig for online classes while living in social isolation/distancing at home for 2 weeks.
My rig is extremely primitive and made of whatever I could find in the house, garage and my studio but works like a dream.
Piece of wood supported by a wet oil paint carrier and tripod. LED light strip taped on, camera held by bungee cords and leveled out with chopsticks for shimming. Pardon the mess on my huge studio desk :-)

Yes Don, as of right now it is snowing hard here, just a hint of spring. Thirty days from now we will need to be planting crops, moving cattle to pasture and hopefully have cold weather and snow behind us. It is always a hectic time of year, this spring is going to be especially challenging.
Stay well everyone.

Isolation...

IMAGE: https://photos.smugmug.com/photos/i-pqDGg9L/0/286f3af4/XL/i-pqDGg9L-XL.jpg

This is a practice with reflections.. Sorry, it began to seem impossible.. So much above my grade level :p
I tried putting in water, but the fish floated sideways and looks desperate and dead. Gruesome in fact!!
So puttering around this is what I finished with...
