Westpac has already taken a good chunk out of my Kiwisaver. I am 71, can I go in and withdraw it?

Or is it better to try ride it out? Although I think you have COPD, so maybe no time to ride it out ....

Trying to find somewhere to walk with the dog, as it not safe for me to walk locally - roaming dogs and mongrels who wear red. Not allowed to drive to Clive where I usually go as it's 20 minutes away, and the country park which is dog friendly is closed. The facilities here are closed, but so far we can park and walk the track. Don't know what I'll do if they close this too. With te Canon M5 and 15-45.

Went here yesterday but the paths were all closed, and the farmer told me access was being closed today anyway.
