My daughter has actually gotten used to it now...good thing, it has been two weeks already, and another 4 to go at the minimum.

I need to take more shots of my son and family to document life during this tough time. It is interesting how we humans can adapt and set new routines.

Yes, we have adapted to it now. We have a good routine now. And while Carlo is married to the loudest phone talker in the office...I am married to the one who stays ON the phone all day...I can barely work with all the Conference calls in the background...my ADD is killing me.

My wife is a home maker and on FaceTime hours daily...... I need to sound proof my doors.

Didn't knew we couldn't go out at all. I see people exercising. I did drive around yesterday and got out and took a few shots, good or bad. There was no one around.

Since the start of this lockdown I've literally been to work/home and last weekend shopping and dropping some bits to mum.

I've still seen people making un-essential journeys without a doubt but I read earlier that they think the measures here in the UK are starting to slow the spread.

There is talk of sending us home soon on Furlough but we'll see what comes of that later this week.

We are supposed to exercise from home so no driving to woodlands, hills, etc for exercise. I guess I could exercise from work though? I live in an urban area but my work is on the outskirts of the city - I can walk 400 yards from work and I'm in fields, woodland, stream, etc I'm exercising but not making a special journey for it..... Still a bit of a grey area though imo and a possible bending of the rules to suit myself.....

I saw something I thought was good on Facebook, such a rare thing!
Suggestion to get kids to document this event. Something they can share later in life of, hopefully, a rare event.

It's not fair to expect help just because i want to photograph birds That's if they even turn up lol

I may well buy a Sony 600f4 once this mess is over as a treat for being good :)

I've been watching a LOT of Bon Appétit YouTube videos lately for obvious reasons, and decided to use up some dried chilies that had been laying around. This is Rick's Chili Colorado recipe from a video, along with my own with "Spanish" riced cauliflower. Came out even better than I hoped. Very tasty if I do say so myself!

That cauliflower looks super nice. We eat a lot of riced cauli here.

Very impressive!

At least the outfit is waterproof and lightly insulated. Plenty of room for layers
underneath. Like many I've got a variety of camo patterns to match up with the area
and the season. This rig is an LLBean get-up and very comfortable for all day wear.

The latest from TN as of midnight, Gov. Lee
'Executive Order 22 – Statewide Safer at Home Order

Today, Gov. Lee issued Executive Order 22, implementing safer at home guidelines in every Tennessee county to further mitigate the spread of COVID-19. The order goes into effect Tuesday, March 31 at 12:01 a.m. CDT and will extend to April 14, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. CDT. This is not a mandated shelter in place, but instead urges Tennesseans who are in non-essential roles to remain at home.

The executive order restricts businesses that cannot safely operate during COVID-19 including businesses like barber shops, salons, recreational and entertainment outfits. It also provides for the continuation of essential businesses throughout every county to protect the economy.'

Well I've got an appointment at the barber 3:30pm today. I might be going back to work a bit shabby.
