First astro for the season last night. Had to remove a couple of frames as Mr Musk's satellite train passed over us.

Down here in New Zealand, we were put on Covid 19 shut down today. All businesses not deemed essential have to close for 4 weeks. I'm hoping to get some astro in over this period.

Attempted this last year but the tide was high so was not able to get close to the rock; perfect conditions this time around

Thanks guys! The bright lights on the horizon from the large cruise ship and boats made it harder to pull out the Milky Way core so would definitely like to try again without them there; also I would attempt to compose a little differently too to make the rock look even more like the dolphin leaping out of the water.

What software do most use when stacking these pictures?

I have a pc and use the free download Sequator which is easy to use and works well. Can't beat the cost!
