"Seasoned" the new grill this afternoon after assembly and after 3 times of heating/cooling it for the so called seasoning process I had to try it out. May not have been the best choice of food yet it was a success. I like cooking when I can let the smoke roll, set the burners on high and go for it.

That's one great looking grill Steve, as is the chow.
