Finally found time to process my old stacks, for three kinds of sanding paper (#40, 120, and 800). Using Olympus ULWD Neo Splan 20 0.40 8/- f=180 microscope objective (magnification 20:1). Focus stacking with ~100 shots using 2.5 um steps, with the focus stacking rail of my design Fast Stacker (external link).
