Not 9 or 10 stops, just an 8x combined with ISO 32 (not 25, like the EXIF says, the D850 can only go to ISO 32) and small aperture but enough to blur the water.

Thank you! :-) lol...yep the bird is real, and i didn't play any Jedi mind tricks on it. :-D He just stood there perfectly still for what seemed like minutes on end as I was shooting.
