Very enterprising, Gene - and it worked really well! That's quality.

Thanks. Boy, there were a lot of things to remember to do for each exposure but it added to the challenge.

Step 1- Release the advance lever on the film back.
2- Advance film for the next exposure.
3- Get a light meter reading.
4- Set the aperture and shutter speed based on the light meter reading.
5- Cock the shutter on the camera.
6- Lock the start lever on the autoknips II (AKII)
7- Set the delay time on the AKII
8- Wind the AKII
9- Cock the shutter cable plunger
10- Adjust the shutter cable support to hold in place.
11- Hold the end of the prefocus string.
12- Release the AKII start lever.
13- Move to the focus area, holding the string at the corner of the eye.
14- Pose and wait for the timer to take the exposure.
15- Repeat the above.

@ eriet have a look at this to pull behind your Jeep, there's only one caveat, you have to move down under. They are not available in US . They are made for Overland Trekking, lots of ground clearance for off road.

@ David Arbogast you'll like the Euro interior

If you want to skip the frills and go hard core off road, you need to tow one of these: Conqueror Overland Adventure Trailer (external link)

Sweet camper! Do you have any interior shots? My first car was a '92 5 speed Wrangler. Always loved the YJs, but man the newish jeeps are sweet too! Very fun vehicles to tweak and accessorize.

Since my Iceland trip was cancelled due to Coronavirus I have been planning an adventure to do after lockdown is lifted. I wanted to do something in Scotland as I imagine after lockdown their will still be restrictions in international travel for a while.

So I have decided to cycle the "Hebriddean Way" which is a 185 mile trip covering 10 islands in Scotland's Western Isles and also includes 6 causeways and 2 ferries!

Should be a good opportunity for some nice photos as the scenery is lovely up there.

If anyopne is interested here is the route - https://www.visitouterhebrides.co.uk …et_V2_SCREEN_FINAL(1).pdf (external link)

And here is a page talking about the individual sections - https://www.visitscotland.com …ridean-way-cycling-route/ (external link)

Still working through Death Valley images. The best clouds and atmosphere we had on the trip were the evening out in Badwater. The star of the show was the water in the Salt Polygons.

We are looking to do it over 6 days, it will be more overall as we need to get to the start point the day before (drive and a ferry) and at the end we need to somehow get back to the car (not worked that bit out yet)

Wow that's awesome! Very nice vid too. Love the concept and the camera work and post production are on point.
