Apologies first - this involves two posts but hopefully my point will be made and you will forgive me.

Sometimes we take a shot that, at the time, looked good but back on the bigger screen it doesn't work.

I took this macro shot of a VERY small flower (purple petals were maybe 5mm across). I had to crop it a bit to get the framing, but even so it just didn't gel for me.

So I took some time away, looked at some of my other flower shots and came back to it...

... And then I had a new perspective.

By splitting the image and changing the orientation I was able to get a clearly defined subject and was much happier with the placement within the space. AND I got two images! ;-)a

If I was determined I would go back and shoot it again with the new layout, but the light is very different now, and it's belting down with rain.

Hi RhodyPhotos

A bit confused by this last image - Since the task is "One Subject , Two Angles/Two Views we seem to be missing another image in your post...-?

Lol, tried to be a bit smart. There are two views of the glass. Some see it as half full but most see the other view. :-)

Third view: over engineered by a factor of 2.
