So are you using any assistance?
Focus peaking?
Zoom assist?

Who will be the first manufacturer to create a software split prism?

I like the crop and cinematic feel of this one.

My friend took this photo today of me searching for Powerful owls, with Sony A7R4 and 16-35 2.8.
It was a successful search, I found a pair.
200-600 @ 840mm.

This one is an edit of a different frame from a few years ago in Big Creek. It is also how I share the first video for the weekend, a little update on things over on the channel. I thought I would split it up into two videos this week...one to share my thoughts on what my goals are, and tomorrow the start of a new Series. Gonna change the way I present things a bit to try to keep it shorter.

The original frame that I chose to edit of this scene was a longer exposure, and it was all done in Capture1...and I never felt like I could get the color replicated in LR...but I got close, and still like my workflow in LR better.

Unexpected treat this morning, I was able to sneak right up on the Hawk and watch her duck and dodge the Mockingbirds that were not pleased with her presence. I was literally only 25' or so away. Sitting on the opposite curb.

Looking forward to the water works series. Well done Travis. I think the shorter videos will work well. Soon you’ll be sponsored by Squarespace and talk like a Brit. When will we hear your catchphrase? Lol!

where is the "LOL" button...

I don't plan to be sponsored anytime soon...and we know I have a good accent...maybe I need to work more on the Leter Peaton Chronicles channel....it would probably get more traction.

Very nice image, has that "deep forest" look to it.

Thanks, yes, it is way back in the woods in a pretty remote part of the park.
