today saw the most number of different birds I've seen around the garden
Wrens galore including a male in nearly full colour, Golden Whisler, Silvereye, Little Wattlebirds, Magpies, Crows, 'A Hawk' - still identifying that, Cranky Fans, Yellow-throated Honeyeater, Kookaburras, and then on the dam two types of ducks, Black Swan, Grebes (plus a few Platpyus :-) )

Golden Whistler ~ Pachycephala pectoralis

Silvereye ~ Zosterops lateralis

Looks like lockdown is serving you well Richard. Why go anywhere when they come to you!

Still waiting for the wisdom they promised would be worth getting old for.

Pippan it's not too bad being on 90 acres, but outside that it's different
Yes it's very nice when these decide to visit.
Just interesting how birds interact.
In the callistemon with the Silveye were Cranky Fan, wrens and a Wattlebird. Amazing to watch.

Awesome series.
Really beautiful birds and photos.
Assuming similar nature to our variety these big beauties are fascinating to watch.
Thanks for sharing.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I noticed movement in the tree and saw this Butcher Bird peering intently down to the ground.
It stared motionless for ages then flew off
