On this Mother's Day, I noticed that while there are individual postings when searching, I haven't found a thread devoted to this theme for all to post. All images on the theme of "Mother" with her young are welcomed here. A couple as a starter:

Thought the calf looked a bit older.... I remember spending some time watching bison in action in the Lamar Valley. That was my one and only visit to Yellowstone -- in 2004. I've been wanting to get back ever since....

Typically by this time of year I would have made several trips into the park. West Yellowstone is an hour drive from my house.
