Yes. Up in the Lamar Valley a couple years ago. The park is still closed now. By the way the calf was running around playing.

Thought the calf looked a bit older.... I remember spending some time watching bison in action in the Lamar Valley. That was my one and only visit to Yellowstone -- in 2004. I've been wanting to get back ever since....

Typically by this time of year I would have made several trips into the park. West Yellowstone is an hour drive from my house.
