I'm a coffee afficionado and will not go to any chain coffee shops ever as what they serve is actually pretty awful in my view. I'm sure you know what I mean. The market in the US is dominated by one of them unlike in Europe or in Australia...argh. I always look for a small, independently owned coffee place that has one of those beautiful Italian espresso machines.
Just a lousy cellphone shot but probably the best coffee I've had in the last 7 months. In The Woodlands at Blue Door Coffee. The barista pulled 5 shots before she made my latte. She adjusted the grind and checked the crema until she thought it was right. And it was perfect!

...because what's offered as raw sugar, ain't raw at all. It's refined and then rolled in a thin layer of molasses to make it look yellowish.

Damn, really?

How did you kill the reflection in the coffee? Or did you darken it down in post?

Constructive criticism and editing always welcome.

I angled the light source to 45 degrees. And probably a little reduction in post as well.
