Early morning cow elk with whitetail deer in the background from a couple of days ago. The elk always avoid coming out in nice light.:-P

Thanks Steve. Yes, she is in good shape. The mild winter and abundant moisture has made for some great foraging for our big game critters. Generally that means, enjoy now, because the coming winter is going to be horrendous. Seems it works out that way most of the time. Hope things are well in your neighborhood.:-)

Children's Bay, CA... You are not supposed to but you could have totally walked over to these seals and taken a selfie... The people were respectfully keeping their distance per the state law... To my surprise...
