Thanks Sha. Appreciated. It was also my first shot with the Fuj 100400. Now I have to decide which of the Tam100400, EOS100400
or Fuj100400 gets to stay. I'll play more this weekend and decide.

If you primarily use the lens on Fuji, then wouldn't it make sense to use the native lens for best AF performance? On the other hand, the Canon mount ones can be adapted to any mirrorless, more flexible. I would happily trade some white-tailed kite pictures with your eastern birds haha.

On your question on how to remove 'stuff' from backgrounds, watch this video, if you have a version of Photoshop that has this option, it's really easy to do this stuff.
