Valerian? Ta for the heads up Richard.

I don't normally have problems getting to sleep after I have had a couple of pints of Milk of Amnesia though, so probably would get to using any valerian -?

You just can't beat good quality British lamb mate, like the lamb shoulder we had for dins this evening. Straight from the organic farm to us by courier. Bit more expensive, but you are what you digest.

Oh, they are grass fed, not those Tassie thistle fed jobbies :evil:

My ambition for a good while is to grow old disgracefully. So far my wife tells me that I am doing really well!

They breed prolifically and consume land that moos and baas need to feed all the hungry mouths in Britain. :p

Don’t rattle that Tassie’s bars, John, just try and humour him or his Aussie mate will jump in and defend him.:-)
Seriously, I didn’t think we were using meat from down under these days, I thought our meat had to come from Europe these days. Ho! Ho! Don’t worry Richard, if we ain’t eating it now we will be when/if our country ever gets control of itself and it’s borders again - that’s a joke, that is - so please Richard, keep looking after our Romney Marsh breeding stock till the day comes.
