I think it's perfect! I couldn't find anything wrong with this if I tried. Oh, and I tried. The exposure for the water is perfect. The sky is perfect. The placement of the person is perfect. The comp is perfect. The timing of where the Sun is in the shot is perfect. The actual site and location is perfect. The sun star from using the correct aperture is perfect. You nailed it.
