A small fountain in front of a subdivision in the late afternoon. 80-200mm f/2.8 ED AIS Nikkor @~135mm. 4 sec@ f/22 with an 8x ND filter.

on one of the days I photographed the Unisphere, the fountains were not operating and the mechanics were working down in a manhole to maintain the pumps. One of the mechanics told me that the fountain systems had been rebuilt several times since 1964. there are still a few buildings remaining from the fair, some still open, others crumbling but still there.
