This seems to add to the confusion because as we have seen the early version can show the shutter count of the 7D2 but slightly later versions can't. I believe the 7D2 is one of the more difficult cameras to get a shutter count from because of the dual processor. Strange how suddenly it becomes the cameras fault that the later focal versions cannot get the information.
