Hand held with elbows on the bridge parapet and good posture plus 2 second self timer, but unable to go any worthwhile amount slower without my 77mm ND filter to hand.

The monkey on the rock (which I waited for to give some scale to the image) sat still for me whilst it munched the banana that it stole from a bystander about 30 seconds previously.

Taken from down the hill to the other side of the bridge of the post above.
An obstruction stopped me getting the slightly increased foreground that I wanted.
