There's a technique for editing out lens reflection but I'm not that well versed in the process...

Take the lenses out and have them available for folks who need them for a shoot. I did have a company I approached about taking their overstock/defect glasses and after initially being told they would just give them to me, they then called back and wanted MSRP for their throw aways and I declined to accept them under those conditions.
