My only nit, if you will

For those type of lens an easy fix is loosen the frame screws, pop the lens out for the shoot and put them back in afterwards.

No reflections, no extra work in post.

Or ask friends or family if they have any old frames they are getting rid of after getting a new prescription. Take the lenses out and have them available for folks who need them for a shoot. I did have a company I approached about taking their overstock/defect glasses and after initially being told they would just give them to me, they then called back and wanted MSRP for their throw aways and I declined to accept them under those conditions.
Since COVID hit, I have not tried to check with any other vendors, but some in the past have thrown me a few old, somewhat messed up frames.
If none of that is something you want to try, have the wearer angle their arms on the frames up at even a 5-10 degree angle up into their hair. That will take the light angle out enough to likely take the reflection out of the image.

Very nice image Trevor. So sorry for your loss. I have a 36 year old nephew struggling with stage 4 cancer and every day I'm at a loss for words of comfort and feeling helpless.
