When I have some old sharp cheddar that has been in the fridge a little too long I like to add it to Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix with about 1/3 cup of corn, a table spoon of clilli powder and a tea spoon of granulated garlic.

Thanks! The sauce is cream, flour, broth, white wine and mushrooms. Basically a home made cream of mushroom soup type of thing.

Thanks. I am no good in plating and wife doesn't show any interest in my photography. I tried to keep it simple. Next time, I will point one light up the ceiling for use as a fill and remember to stick my CPL on the lens.
