First let me say the new RF 800mm lens is not going to be a popular BIF lens, AF is not what anyone would consider "snappy", but if you don't look too close this shot is passable...

A Gull of some sort! My bird ID app identifies it as a blacked headed gull but it doesn’t have a black head!

How does the lightness feel compared to your mirrored cameras?

Thank you Neal. I'm getting used to it, but the muscle memory takes awhile to establish. I frequently screw up, and miss some good flight shots, when they catch me by surprise. The R5 is definitely lighter than the 1DXii, but I'm still shooting with the heavy lenses, so it's not really a whole lot lighter. I don't mean to sound negative...I'm definitely enjoying this camera, and do not have any regrets about purchasing it.
