Mother and baby Brushtail Possums (Trichosurus vulpecula) on our deck this evening. The baby is too big to fit in the pouch now, so it spends most of the time clinging onto its mother. Photographed with my new EOS R and the 100L macro lens.

Waterton Lakes, taken from the Bear's Hump. It was so windy up there that I could hardly hold my camera still, let alone stand. Using a tripod was an impossibility. I'm very lucky that this turned out okay.

Considering the whitecaps on the lake it probably is windy up on the hill. I was there in 2018. We walked a few trails and were up by the hotel which I am thinking is out of frame on the right. I don't have any vacation pics on this tablet so can't compare.

Cormorants hang out on this log every summer all summer, so this shot isn't hard to get. That background color is the sky reflected in the lake, very washed out from the smoke in the sky. (ugh, just noticed that halo, oh well)

The sky was clear last night, so I went for a drive to Wivenhoe Dam west of Brisbane to see how my new Canon EOS R performs at night. Conditions weren't perfect because it was quite hazy the breeze meant I wasn't able to capture reflections of the stars, but it was still nice to be out under the Milky Way and the camera performed nicely. This is a panorama shot using the EOS R and Samyang 24mm lens (15 sec exposures @ f/2.8 and 3200 iso).

Funny, I had no idea who this woman was. I just asked her if I could take a couple shots of her and her dog and she busts out into a full crazy dance and I had a hard time keeping her in frame. The other shot is the entrance to the USA to Canada tunnel as seen from over the roof of the ancient stone mariners church.

Wow!
I hope that's not a dumb question, but how do you shoot a pano like this? Did you take one shot per position or did you take several shots in each position and first stack them and then stitch the stacked shots to a pano?

C&C always welcome

Good question, I was wondering the same thing.
