Every week we select a new theme, and then go out and shoot that theme. This week the theme is Unfinished. As always be as imaginative/creative as you like when interpreting the theme, creativity is what we're looking for.

Show us things, places, projects or thoughts that are unfinished

Here are the rules:
1. Shots need to be taken between Tuesday, after the new theme is posted and the following Monday by sunset (Whenever that is for you). Because this activity is supposed to encourage us to get out and shoot, please don't post old shots from your archives. Snapshots and art are equally welcome -- just get out & shoot, and then share!
2. Post your shots at any time during the week.
3. Post a maximum of two shots if you're uploading them to POTN (i.e., attaching them). You can post more than two if you're linking to shots that are not hosted by POTN (i.e. embedding them) but keep within POTN rules. Also keep within POTN rules about size. A copy of the size rules can be found here: IMAGE POSTING RULES
That's it! Have fun! As always be as imaginative/creative as you like when interpreting the theme, creativity is what we're looking for.
An index to previous weeks can be found here: POTN WORLDWIDE PHOTO WEEK INDEX

That's it!
Have fun!

(I do however have a tracking number for the filter, it was shipped from Kolari on Aug 31st! hope to have it finished by christmas... :-) )

some fairly old canon camera stuff, canon lenses, Manfrotto "thingy", and an M5, also an M6 that has had a 720nm filter bolted onto the sensor:
TF posting: here :-)

My latest project, a 5600 square ft painting/staining job on this Missouri hilltop home. Actually all that was left to finish this job was to pick up my coffee cups and drive away.

Thanks Rhody, time on this one was 139 hours to power wash everything, 1 coat brushed on oil primer, 2 coats latex paint, Deck has 2 coats of solid color stain, 29 gallon paint/stain total used. It was slow going, 3 layers of scaffolding with ladder on top to reach much of it, the dormers on the roof being most time consuming. The five inch rain over a 4 day period didn't help with painting but it was very welcome for my farming side of occupation.

This unfinished remote control powered glider has been in the basement for several years now. Maybe someday.
