I use this App, it isn't a free one so I suggest you watch their videos on youtube and read their guides found in th"Academy" area of their website, before you decide if its right for you. It is a great App with more than just Astro information.

I second Photopills. Not free, but cheap (around $10 usd) and very, very useful. As suggested, check out their Youtube channel and see what you can do with the app.
