The 105 was easy to shoot without even without IBIS, i never had an issue using my 1DX cameras when using it. But IBIS does help in low light situations.

Anyone else use a macro lens to shoot birds? Probably not recommended...

These obviously aren't wild birds, so I can get close enough to them to use this lens. The last one is a free flying bird with a very large conservatory to fly around in, it just happened to come down enough for me to get a quick picture with this lens.

And a couple shots from a local aquarium that my daughter wanted to take a trip out to. I think this was the first time using the Tamron 70-200 f/2.8 G2 lens on the R5, it worked great.
