Beautiful photography!

Haven't been on this site for a while, and I am still amazed at the quality of the work shown here. Brillaint.

I want to share a picture with fellow photographers. (I know that the quality of the picture is not good.)

Yesterday I saw a flock of young european bee-eaters in Finland. They appear here only a few times a year. And there were five of them.

The birds must have been cold, it was raining and only +6°c.

I was only able to get some photoscoped pictures of them, but still I'm happy!

(Photographed using Samsung a6 thru Kowa 883 field telescope.)

That's strange. In central Greece the temperature in daytime is still 24-28 C and the bee eaters have left more than a month ago

Usually these autumn visitors are young birds that have born this year.

It's pretty much the same with all the southern wanderers. 1st year birds.

This morning we already had -4°c. Let's see if the birds understand to go south.

Gee, somehow I've missed this thread until now.

We have Rainbow Bee Eaters here and I know from experience just how difficult they are to photograph...This is amazing work Vassilis!

I really hope that we don't have to wait 8 months for your further pictures of the colourful birds, Vassilis.

Thanks for sharing the new pictures.
Super sharp and great composition as in your pictures always.

These are sooo beautiful birds.
I wish to see these in bee-hunt one day...
