Hello folks,
I have couple of questions as a former Canon shooter who is trying to familiarize himself with Sony.
1. Is there a way to set up the camera using C1, C2, C3 modes for different shooting styles? e.g. I would like to have C1 assigned to landscape shooting where I will have default ISO100, shutter release delayed by 2 seconds etc. while having other modes for different styles. I somehow struggle with this as for example I use M mode for portraiture where I have e.g. ISO400, fast shutter speed but the moment I switch to C1 there is no longer ISO100 set but ISO400 etc.
2. When shooting in portrait orientation once previewing the image and zooming in it never holds portrait orientation in the preview. Is there a way to overcome this so preview once zoomed in is not in landscape orientation?
3. When using Auto-ISO I have noticed that if an image is overexposed the exposure compensation dial does not always does the job. E.g. I switch it to -1 but the picture is still overexposed and I achieve right exposure only when I use higher f-stop (please note that the camera in these cases picked higher ISO e.g. ISO800) however if I shoot portraiture and I want my background to be blurred I don't really want to compensate by using higher f-stop. I would assume that the camera should rather use lower ISO but this is not the case. Any advice how to overcome this strange behavior?
thanks
