I have a storage closet under the stairs that our cat loves to run into any chance she gets. Only way to get her out is to coax her with the laser pointer. It has gotten to the point where I think she just goes in so I will play chase the dot with her.

I have been twice and both times early so first day only 4 people plus me but I left in about ten minutes and today was 8 or so but by the time I left there was about 30. I heard Sunday there was 100 people which is crazy.

They've gone "Cockoo." :-D

I'll be glad when the cold weather gets here so I get more opportunities with water fowls.

Tom, have you ever been to Sweatwater Wetland in Tucson?

No, I haven't, but I just did some Googling about it and it looks like a definite place to visit. We have something similar in Gilbert called the Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch. Drop me a PM if you have some time if you have any favorite spots within the Wetlands.

Thanks for the tip.

We went for an early morning walk through our local Toohey Forest where we came upon these 2 iconic Aussie creatures.:-)

I think the Koala may have been having interesting dreams. We initially heard the male mating grunts and when we finally found him, some 20 metres up the tree, not a lady was in sight and he looked quite sleepy.:-)

The Sulphur-crested Cockatoo was on his way down to a watering hole for a drink.:-)

Cheers

Dennis

Looks good with the 2x. How is the focus speed with Eye Detect?

Thanks.

It's pretty impressive really and surprisingly quick. It's not foolproof though and good light helps.
