By the breakwater (Abu Dhabi corniche). As I walked to it the sun was in front of me about an hour and half to setting. He watched me as I took a few shots and then walked to the other side to get the sun behind me. I'd say I was 15-20ft away from the weather station mast he was perched on. FE200-600mm Neal
