our local Tasmanian Native Hens are fascinating
Whilst parent (don't know how to tell who's who) looks on the little chickens are growing and taking on new clothing of grey adult feathers.
The chicks spend a lot of time sitting and eating then moving to another spot to pluck the grass
They also seem to be getting tamer by the day :-)
