What an absolutely BEAUTIFUL scene you have here and the crystal glass smooth surface on the water making a mirror smooth image is GORGEOUS!

A wall hanger for sure!!

Thank you!! I was very fortunate to be able capture this pic. (To be perfectly honest this was a test shot as I had set up for a time lapse of the supermoon rising from behind that mountain - the video didn’t work out but at least this shot did!)

I have a canvas print hanging in my house and a 36x24 metal print on order as a Christmas gift ߘ

I appreciate the compliment!

Beautiful scenery and photo
Interesting patch of green in an overall general lack of vegetation
There's a lot to take in here.
Is that far off the beaten track?

Thanks Richard.

Yes, it is way off the beaten track. This is a true wilderness area, not a park and without any trails. While it is possible to hike into where this was taken, it would take a good 4 days just to get here. We took a helicopter so we could scout the entire area before deciding on where to begin our trip. The area we started in was just an insane carpet of wildflowers which made for some amazing photography. Our helicopter pilot told us that only a handful of people (like 5-10) visit this area in a given year.
