Thanks, Mike. That piece of wood had a cavity that I assume had rotted away and was in the firewood stack. I set it aside because I thought it a good place for a seed feeding spot.

My little Pine Warbler friend. I thought there was only one pair...turns out there are two...can't seem to get pictures of them near each other. My backgrounds have really started to fade away into fall...might need to explore options for better color next year.
