This year I've been taking on a project of posting a different image each day.

I've really enjoyed it and think I've improved over the year.

Warm light highlight on the LHS is fantastic, and I like how the dark clouds are softened on the upper RHS. Still, I thought the gradient was a bit strong.
Loved your second image.
