Best I can do other than laying it on the carpet.....Certainly open to ideas on how to shoot entire rifles well.

I had one of those. I didn't like the ergo so I sold it. I have a P9S, fits my hand way better and is a tack driver.

I don't have anything exciting / tactical to contribute, but recently picked-up this Ruger Wrangler .22LR. It gives me something that I can load some snakeshot into, and carry around my meadow. DeSantis (no affiliation !) makes a cool holster that you can carry six ways to Sunday .... plus, I liked the name of it: Wild Hog !

I love my P7M8, likely the only gun I will ever own that was at one point proudly advertised as “The most expensive handgun in the world”.

I lucked into a great deal on it used and could easily sell it for 3x what I paid, but would never think of it.
