SYS Cream of the Crop More info | Dec 29, 2020 16:39 | #11809 Was shooting birds out the window from my kitchen while working on my laptop. When I looked up to shoot more bird shots, my neighbor's cat filled the window frame, startling me. It was checking to see if anyone's home alone.... Dec 30, 2020 08:37 | #11812 It's been a long time since I have taken any photos, but a new kitten changed that (thankfully). Very sadly I had to put my 20 year old cat to sleep, and I had tons of special senior diet food that I donated to a local no-kill shelter I've adopted from in the past - while there I found a new little gal about a year old to give a new chance to. Meet Luna (or as I often call her; Fat Seal). Image hosted by forum (1080373) © coatfetish [SHARE LINK] THIS IS A LOW QUALITY PREVIEW. Please log in to see the good quality stuff. Dec 30, 2020 14:19 | #11813 Enjoy your "Fat Seal" nothing better than having a replacement cat to help with losing one. Twenty years is a good run, I've not had that luck with mine. Kevin Goto

The look on Luna's face says it all, she's glad to have love. I swear that previous cats leave little "post-it notes" everywhere to inform newcomers of what to do and say to take advantage of the human, as well as where the good spots are at.

Thank you - Taz had an exceptionally healthy 20 years, her kidneys finally gave out and she went downhill in just a few days. Even the week prior she was still running up and down the stairs (slowly). I had her since she was about 4 - 5 weeks old and was she found by a friend's brother, having been tossed into a garbage dumpster. If I remember correctly, Taz is approx. 10 and 19 in these pics. She was strictly an indoor cat unless I was out in the yard with her - I think it helped her live such a long life and she was tremendously smart. She passed in the first week of December and since it was just her & me, the house was way too quiet and depressing - Taz was also really tiny, 6.7 pounds at her highest in her youth and about 4.8 for her last year. Luna is twice Taz' size and it's taking some getting used to! Image hosted by forum (1080485) © coatfetish [SHARE LINK] THIS IS A LOW QUALITY PREVIEW. Please log in to see the good quality stuff.
