He was referring to the white object on the left of the image just past the stone wall. See my earlier posts for an explanation and picture of what it is.

DXO Photolab 4: Lens corrections, NR, adjust selective tone and contrast, sharpen, add vibrancy, Clone out distractions and darken sky.

Camera Raw adjustments, darkened sky, cloned/patch tool to remove distracting stuff. Small vignette, sharpen

Took the previous version into Silver Efex Pro 2 and adjusted contrast, adjusted channel mixer, added sepia toning and wash-out vignette.

added red and yellow.
more blue and green (stronger)
replaced sky.
Ballanced the colors.
a curve done on the water.
removed some people.
finaly soem small cleanups.

Nice original. This version - Aurora for HDR; Luminar 4 to clone out background building with some grafted willows, as well as people and other bits and pieces, bit of warmth, enhanced sky colours, wee bit of sharpening.

This one - same as above up to the crop; then back to Luminar 4 and shifted some colours; then added some misty fog / softening around the waterfall.
