The image was taken on 01 Feb 2021, in Nassau Bay, Texas (located southeast of Houston near the Gulf Coast / Galveston Bay).

Juvenile LBH maybe?

Agree with little blue heron, immature. The beak color gives it away.

Thanks Bill, I wasn't sure about the bill - for some reason it seemed "too big" to me. Then I started reading about white morphs and got confused. :-D
