Yeah sure. It's just a beauty dish at about arms length, a little more. Centered above the subject on a boom. I only have an 9' ceiling so I need to use the beauty dish and get folks fairly close to it. I have a 7' umbrella behind me for a little fill, and I often use just a white circular reflector just out of frame for fill under their face. it depends on what they're wearing and their skin tone, if I need the reflector fill. I just started using a Mola 22" dish. Found a used one. It's about 10- to 15% better than a $100 beauty dish. The Mola has a perforated metal disk with an opaque piece of glass to diffuse the light. So it doesn't have that void in the center of the catch. Not that it's a big deal. Just as a somewhat interesting observation. I do like the Mola though.
On location I just use umbrellas, or softboxes and get much the same look. "Butterfly" or "paramount" lighting. Nose shadow underneath the nose.
