These are very interesting and well taken.
Obviously a landscape that endures great weather variations judging by the centre pivots. Are those grain or fodder trucks lined up?

Not really snow, but after a five mile hike through the snow I came home and shot this through my front door (created by the snow melting off the roof).

Not sure about these particular trucks. Not 100% sure, but I believe those pivot irrigation rigs are sitting in potato fields. This time of year those fields are a flat nothing that can get covered up with a half an inch of snow and blur into a white-skied horizon. When you look down on it from the crest of a hill, it's kind of eerie. Those pivot rigs are everywhere and often the only things anywhere.

Here are a couple of more from that day. We talked about potatoes. These are apple orchards in Washington State, on the hills east of the Columbia river. Orchards and vineyards are mainly what's up here.
