For #644, lets see an image that has dinnerware (plates, cups, silverware, etc.) and/or drinking glasses in the photo. They don't necessarily have to be the main subject. I will post an example photo below.

This challenge begins when posted and ends on Monday, March 1st at midnight GMT. Winner of this challenge will be announced shortly thereafter.

Challenge Rules:

1. Camera: Any DIGITAL CAMERA is allowed, not just DSLR.
2. Time: Any on-topic photo taken at any time is eligible, although photos that have won other competitions should NOT be entered.
3. Size: Please visit Image Posting Rules.
4. Post Processing: Do whatever you like and the host will decide if it works.
5. Posting: ONE PHOTO per photographer per challenge. List camera model & lens used. Post brief EXIF data: ISO, shutter speed and aperture.
6. Commenting: No commenting during challenge. When the posting is closed and a winner declared, comments can be made in this thread.
7. Keep it clean, and both Family and Work safe.
8. Have questions, PM me.
9. Have lots of FUN!

* THE WINNER ALWAYS SETS THE THEME FOR THE NEXT CHALLENGE, POSTS IT AND JUDGES IT - BE PREPARED!

Alrighty then, let's judge this competition!

rwmson - NOT A CONTEST ENTRY!
Wow! This is like the world's mostest fantastic photograph taken by a true master of his craft! Perfectly captured splash in the tea cup (actual splash was caused by a bolt "frozen" by a flash). Real crumpets (from Wegman's, the worlds' most authentic supplier of crumpets). Alas, this image is not part of the competition.

Let me comment on the images that I liked the most:

OldCrow (Don) - The Mug House
Interesting location

RDWP (Rob) - Gonna stop at just ONE beer tonite
I got a good chuckle out of this shot as I scrolled down and down and down! Points deducted for premature emptying of shot glass :p

dilorenzo1954 (Ed) - Equine Dinnerware (black tie optional)
Creative play on the theme, nice leading line, repetition, nearest horse is posing nicely looking in to the lens. Nicely done!

As you might have guessed, I chose Ed's shot as this weeks' whinny, er, winner. Congrats Ed!

Thanks to all of you who participated in the competition.

Roger

Congtrats Ed! Middle horse looks like he's been into my Yard of Beer. BTW Roger - that's not a shot glass; it's a fair size tumbler - just for scale. (Yard House, Houston)
