A Cormorant in flight - not very well caught as it supprised me at the last minute before it went behind some buildings.

It carries the Airbus wing sections from UK over to the factory in France.

Gave my rig a good clean up yesterday - and seperated my 300PF from TC and both from my D7500, firstly I gave the mirror box a good blow out with my rocket blower the proceded to give the contacts a clean with 90% Isoprol using a lens bud, then I dried it with a fine lens claing rag, next was the TC holding it up to my bright modeling Light "wow" was there a lot of dust on both front/back elements, out cam ethe rocket blower again followed by some gentle passes with my lens brush, this was finished off with my lens cloth - "hey pressto" nice clean TC glass, I finished off the TC by cleaning the contacts and the mounting rings (I couldn't believe how much dirt/grime came off these Two areas. I also did the same with my 300PF both ends of glass got some TLC same with the contacts.

So I hope its made a difference.

P.

Nice captures.

I always struggle with birds in flight.

I was lucky with these two as the the buzzards (there was Four of them) were very close above the roof tops and about 100 feet away.
