Perhaps you could also address the perspective issues a bit. Mark

Perhaps you could also address the perspective issues a bit. Agreed - needs that and a bit of cropping, and maybe a lick of paint and a sweep, depending on your objectives, but I was looking at what the unassisted software would do with the light and contrast. Aim was to do nothing except loop the results back through the HDR program. Only intervention was on one image to lighten and merge/feed back once more. HDR-wise I think the last one was not bad for just that, though at that point it's starting to pick up some processing artifacts. Much better than the 7-image single pass at keeping the outside and the inside balanced. At that point one would go to work on the other elements. An experiment. ... and, from the good old days, Canon F-1n, FTb, Mamiya 645 (m1000s), etc. -- Rob

navydoc Cream of the Crop More info | Mar 16, 2021 09:18 | #3249 Awesome edits this week everyone. It's been very interesting to me to see the different versions of this scene. It's been extremely difficult for me to decide which edit I liked best. Having said that, I'm going with Stiga's edit as appearing the most natural to me. That could be a problem, Gene but many thanks for passing the torch to me. What with Covid lockdown and winter, I have not got much recent stuff but I will search the archives. Martin
