I agree with ndcisiv. If the vertical lines were straightened and crop a little tighter, it would improve greatly in my eyes. Still a wonderful shot though....

Not the most directly clear portrait, but I kind of like it feeding into some grain. Back story: This is Pat, team lead for the local Ski Tune Shop, it's warming up here in Michigan and he was scoping the mountain all morning, staring at the clock and temperature so he can go make a few 'ideal' passes on our softening snow.
