We likely all prefer natural settings for birds but never having photographed a Peregrine Falcon, I dashed to an abandoned water Tower in Baltimore where a pair was nesting.

Kartsahoo, your comment prompted me to go back and figure this one's gender. I'm pretty sure it's a she. First, under the neck and on the upper breast is a reddish beige color rather than the whitish color for the male; second, females are larger than males and the one on the right (the subject of the posted image) appears larger.
