Looking at other pictures of her on his Flicker page and zooming in as much as possible, I don’t see any distinct edges that would indicate contacts. Could still be PS. I don’t know.

Those are her real eyes -- no contacts and no color manipulation. Just a bit of lightening because they appeared a tad darker in the raw photo than in person.
